You only have a Knotty account if you signed in with Google or Apple for the cloud save. Playing without signing in creates no account, and there is nothing to delete here.
1Delete it in the app
- Open Knotty and go to Settings.
- Under Progress, tap Delete cloud save.
- Tap it again to confirm.
Your cloud save and your account are deleted straight away.
2Or ask us by email
If you no longer have the app, write to support@attenip.com from the email address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with, with the subject Delete my Knotty account. We delete the account and its cloud save within 30 days and reply when it is done.
3What is deleted
- Your account: the identifier Google or Apple gave us, your email address and your name.
- Your cloud save: your progress, settings and in-game currency stored in the cloud.
4What is kept, and for how long
- The progress on your phone stays until you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
- Game statistics and crash reports are not linked to your account. Google keeps game statistics for at most 14 months and crash reports for 90 days.
- Records of purchases stay with Google Play (or the App Store) and RevenueCat, as the law requires for payments.
